
To manage your JeffBet account, log in and select Account from the side tab. When the menu is collapsed, the section is indicated by a cog icon.
Account Details
Click on Account Details to make changes to:

- π‘ Residential address
- π Marketing preferences
Play Responsibly
Click Play Responsibly to access tools to do the following:
- β Set deposit, wager, and loss limits
- β Set a timeout to take a break from your account
- β Set reality check reminders when youβre playing
- β Set session expiry times
- β Block access to your account for six or more months
Rewards Program
In the Rewards Program tab, you can view your account level status, check your points balance, access missions to earn points, claim bonuses, redeem points, and unlock more gamification.
Verify ID
Click Verify ID to upload documents to help us confirm your eligibility to play. Click the relevant boxes to upload the required documents:
- Identity Card: Passport, driverβs licence, national ID card.
- Address: Utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months, clearly showing your current address.
- Payment: A photo of your card or a screenshot of your e-wallet is needed to confirm ownership of funds.
- Other: Occasionally, we may require further documentation that can be added here.

Log in to your account and select the Cashier tab to see the following

Log in to your account, head to the Account Details tab, and click the purple Change Password button to update your password.
You can view your payments history via the Cashier tab when logged in to your JeffBet account.
Click on Play Responsibly from your Account tab and select the Deposit Limits button to change your limit.
You can view your previous bonuses and promos under the Cashier tab, including the type of bonus claimed and how much you received.
ID verification documents can be uploaded directly through our website when you log in to your account and hit the Accounts tab.
